Bronze HDHP

The Bronze HDHP plan allows enrollment in a Health Savings Account (HSA) to help keep costs down while allowing you to plan for unexpected expenses. The deductible is $3,500 for individuals and $7,000 for family. The Max Out-of-Pocket limit is $7,000 for individuals and $14,000 for family. After the deductible is reached the plan covers 70% of expenses.

Silver Plan

The Silver Plan has a deductible of $2,000 for individuals and $4,000 for family. The Max Out-of-Pocket limit is $5,000 for individuals and $10,000 for family. After the deductible is reached, the plan covers 80% of expenses.

Gold Plan

The Gold Plan has a deductible of $1,000 for individuals and $2,000 for family. The Max Out-of-Pocket limit is $3,500 for individuals and $7,000 for family. After the deductible is reached, the plan covers 80% of expenses.

This plan has coverage that applies if you need to go outside of the network.
